If I could give a negative star, I would. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. We were willing to forego a professional office staff because Dr. Carolyn Jeffcoat was an amazing physician. However, she has left the practice and the care we received last visit was sub par. This practice is cutting corners and not invested in the patients. I have tried repeatedly to speak with the office manager - left numerous messages on voice mail and with staff members - to no avail. When I called recently I was told the former Dr. Jeffcoat's patients could only see the nurse practitioner going forward. If a practice is so uncaring of established patients, what kind of care will be given in crisis?
